Shipping Policy

We ship nationwide. Standard shipping takes 3–4 business days, and Economy shipping takes 5–8 business days.

Free shipping is available on Economy orders of $200.00 and up within the USA. Some orders may require 5–8 business days for domestic delivery and are available for U.S. locations only.

All orders are shipped the same day or the next business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

We ship to all U.S. states, including Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please ensure that you enter the correct shipping address at checkout. We are unable to make changes to the shipping address once the order has been placed.

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, or because the package was not claimed by the receiver, $6.99 will be deducted from the purchase price before issuing a refund.

When Will I Receive My Order?

Orders are shipped directly from our domestic warehouses. Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimated 5–8 business days for your order to arrive at the shipping address. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume.

What Happens If My Order Gets Stuck or Lost in the Mail?

All orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, is returned, or is lost during the delivery process, we sincerely apologize. While postal services are beyond our control, because all packages are insured, we will send you a replacement package with faster shipping and full tracking whenever possible.

Duties and Taxes

JS MED is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping, including tariffs and taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.

Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once the order arrives at its final destination, as determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges is the customer’s responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. Can I Cancel My Order?

Orders may be canceled for a full refund, including shipping and handling, only if canceled prior to shipment. Once the package is in transit, we cannot process cancellations, refunds, or additional requests.
